I am so excited to say that I am expecting baby #2 in April 2015! I have had to sit down with my husband and talk over some concerns I have regarding working and time off. I didn’t allow myself enough time with Trinity which left me very stressed and grouchy, which ended up allowing my milk to dry up. I was breastfeeding and then when I couldn’t I got pretty depressed and felt horrible about myself. Yes, I work from home but when I went back to work I had all my jobs on my mind….I need to get that done…oh wait this one too. It was just a never ending roller coaster until spring graduations and summer weddings were over. I honestly regret not being in the moment with my new baby. I mean I am not superwoman nor do I wish to be. I know now what I want to do differently. I also want to take off a little time before baby arrives to actually nest. With Trinity, I was hospitalized and missed out on all of that. I came home to a disorganized nursery and a home under construction. That didn’t help my stress. I would love to have things clean and organized before we welcome a new baby into the home.
I don’t want to scare everyone that I am not going to work next year. I definitely am but I will have several months that I will not. I will be firm on that. I won’t give in to those little requests like I have in the past. I have to be with my Trinity and new baby relishing in all the sweet moments. Thank you for your understanding. Below you will find my cut off dates….
- November 1, 2014 – Fall cut off (I will not accept orders or sessions past this date for work that needs to be completed between November 22nd-January 4th.)
