Mom flew in on Friday night so that she could make the long drive back to Texas with me and my doggies. Then, Eric and I had our engagement session on Saturday with Cristy Cross….whom is AMAZING!!! After our session, we took her to dinner so we all could get to know one another a little better. I had lots of fun talking with her and going over some of the wedding details. We didn’t get back to our temporary residence until almost 11 pm and needless to say we were really behind on getting everything ready for the long drive. So, we are a day behind in our trip back to Texas. Bummer! Mom and Eric are asleep but I have a few things to do before I can sleep myself.
The journey home will take 2 days as it is an 18 hour drive. ****NOT looking forward to sitting in a car that long…**** I will be doing most of the driving so if any of you call…please leave me a detailed message. I will get back to you as soon as I can. I will also not be back to working at my desk until Wednesday afternoon (April 6th). Thanks for your patience.
Please note: In case you have not read my previous post regarding new invitation and photography jobs, I just want to remind you all that I am not accepting any new work until August. This is due to my already booked schedule and my upcoming wedding. As I just wrote this, I have realized that when I return to Indiana I will be married. Wowza!!!!!!!! Crazy!!!!!!
